The SUN

 Thai Wok and Rapeepat 2017 started together on April 25, 2021 to build a housing estate for a European community on approximately 25 rai of land, not far from Hua Hin District and the beach, within form of housing projects and by kindly advices from a European consultant who will kindly suggest to this project as follows:
1. This porject will be beautiful, luxury European-style and Thai-style houses for European people of all ages, especially the elderly (as recommended by our European consultant ).
2. Almost every house has a swimming pool. 
3. Decorate the house with granite and marble in European style.
4. There are some Thai fruit trees such as mangoes, bananas, etc., along with the fruit that are out of shape (as recommended by our European consultant), Thai herbs such as chili basil, etc.
5. There are a kitchen gardens and a flower garden in every house. 
ุ6. Every road in the village are beautiful, shady and spacious with sufficient surveillance cameras and enough street sparking lights 
7. There is a botanical garden in the village.
8. There are  strict 24-hour security guard  persons with surveillance cameras control.
9. There is a modern medical clinic with village nurses.
10. There is a Thai medicine clinic and massagers in the village.
11. There are  a gym for exercise and a sport complexand a Munich-Germany style clubhouse. 
11. If foreign residents are still unable to stay in their own house. Rapeepat 2017, there will be further services to repair, caring of the garden, looking for people to rent and sell the house. 
12. Helping to coordinate with Europeans who are staying in the project andu want to seek to work in Thailand according to knowledge, ability, age and  help to contact government offices in Thailand as well.  
13. In addition, we reserve the right to change the content according to items 1-12 without prior notice , in the matter of fact it is only as the direction of work at the beginning of the project. But all messages are not perfectly used as a form of business service. There will be complete updates before the model house is completed.
More importantly, this project will be a total of Thai people who have a family in Europe , be able to return and rest in their home in Thailand.
